The UniquePerioSignature™ Panel uses multiplex qPCR technology to detect and quantify five key periodontal pathogens from less than 1 mL of saliva. The SalivaPreserv™ collection kit stabilizes bacterial genomic DNA and remains stable across a wide temperature range without requiring a cold chain, making sample collection straightforward at home or in clinic. Every test result includes a full microbial profile, risk assessment, and AI- assisted personalized clinical decision support, delivered in 2 business days through a secure digital portal.
Wellness
UniqueSmile® and UniqueGut™ Probiotics support microbial balance beyond the diagnostic window. UniqueSmile® delivers 12 probiotic strains targeted at oral microbiome balance, gum wellness, and fresh breath. UniqueGut™ combines 17 probiotic strains with digestive enzymes, prebiotics, postbiotics, and CoQ10 for comprehensive gut support. Both are formulated for daily use without refrigeration.
