1. Processing & Handling

  • Order Fulfillment: Most orders for UniquePerioSignature Panel kits and UniqueSmile™ probiotics are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Order Cut-Off: Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST on Friday or over the weekend will begin processing the following Monday.

2. Thermal Stability & Product Integrity

  • SalivaPreserv™ Technology: Our diagnostic kits use proprietary stabilization media designed to maintain DNA integrity during transit at temperatures up to 104°F (40°C) for up to 14 days.
  • Probiotic Potency: UniqueSmile™ and UniqueGut™ formulations are over-filled with active CFUs to help ensure intended potency upon arrival, including during standard transit temperature fluctuations.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping Carriers: We primarily use USPS, UPS, and FedEx to provide reliable and timely delivery of diagnostic kits and probiotic products.
  • Delivery Estimates: Delivery times vary based on destination, selected shipping method, carrier schedules, and holidays.
